Osmanbey Turkish Food was born out of a simple idea: bring the authentic taste of Turkey to the residents of Discovery Bay and Lantau Island. After years of cooking for family and friends, our founders opened this small takeaway kitchen in North Plaza to share the flavours they grew up with.
Every dish on our menu is prepared with the same care as a home-cooked Turkish meal. Our chefs use traditional techniques — from charcoal-flavoured gas grilling for the kebabs to slow-cooked casseroles and hand-rolled baklava. We source halal meat, import authentic spices when needed, and prepare everything to order.
