菜單上的每道菜都用心製作,如同家中烹調的土耳其菜式。我們的廚師採用傳統手法 — 由炭香風味的瓦斯燒烤,以至慢燉燴菜、手工果仁蜜餅。肉類清真認證,香料從土耳其進口,每道菜即叫即做。
